
Bells and Body Weight for Core Strength
Join me on the mat for a six session programme designed to boost your core strength and mobility.
In this course, you’ll have access to 3 body weight strengthening classes and 3 classes where we use dumbbells to enhance your strength.
You’ll be guided though the principles of Pilates ensuring your form is consistent, minimising injuries and gaining strength.
Your classes can be streamed for any device making Pilates on the go an ideal option.
Session 1 - Finding your core
A Pilates session where we concentrate on optimal core engagement.
Session 2 - Loaded Core
Combining dumbbells with Pilates for core strength and mobility.
Session 3 - Beginner Legs
A lovely leg focused, body weight session.
Session 4 - Legs and Bells
Challenging your legs with a little resistance for stronger legs.
Session 5 - Core and Legs
A body weight Pilates Class, combining core and legs exercises.
Session 6 - Balancing Legs
Enjoy a bodyweight session for hip mobility and strength.
