Pilates Strong Series

In this series, expect to feel stronger and more mobile.
There are 6 sessions in this course, with 3 of them focused on bodyweight Pilates and 3 using some Pilates equipment - a pilates block, a band, dumbbells and a ball. 
A cushion will work equally well if you don’t have a block.
A toddler ball or cushion will replace a pilates ball
Hand held water bottles, or tins will replace dumbbells.

Each class is just 30 - 40 minutes

Session
1 - Core Foundations
A core focused session.  All you need is your body and your mat.

2 - Mini Ball Moves
A core session using a small Pilates ball.

3 - Leggy Core
Body weight class, concentrating on integrating leg strength with core strength.

4 - Block Party
Challenging strength and stability in a fun way using a pilates block.

5 - A Ball of Fire
A fiery ab session making use of the mini ball.

6 - Band n Bells
Here we use a small loop band, which is optional and some weights to enhance your core strength.
