Restorative Pilates

The main focus of the Restorative Pilates session is mobility.  Quite often, through the repetitive nature of our day, our joints don’t get to experience their full ranges.  

When this happens, our muscles adapt and can either become held too much in a lengthened state, or too much on a shortened state.

Neither is optimal for our bodies and this is where pain and injury can set in.

In Restorative Pilates enjoy a sense of ease and freedom in your joints, as you are guided through various stretches and exercises to restore mobility in your joints.  This in turn will benefit your posture and may ease any pain or restrictions you might have.

EVERY BODY can benefit hugely from Restorative Pilates. 

Each session focuses on a different area of your body, giving you full body mobility.
