In our Pregnancy Pilates sessions, we focus on maintaining optimal posture for your growing bump.
You are guided through exercises to help with core mobility and strengthening, as well as stretches to help ease lower back pain and pelvic pain.
Each session is designed to help stretch, strengthen and mobilize your body in a relaxed SAFE way. Modifications are offered throughout.
Classes are led and designed by a CORU Registered Physical Therapist and Mum of 2.
*please note you will need a well pumped up large gym ball, for these sessions.
