Core Conditioning

I really loved putting these classes together. 

They are a faster paced class, with a real focus on core strengthening.  In this course you’ll have access to 6 sessions 30 – 40 minutes in duration.

Each session is varied, with a strong emphasis on core strengthening as well as getting your heart rate up!

Its suitable for those who would like to complement their own training or if you are familiar with Pilates, they can be used as a really effective stand-alone session.

Because of their nature, these sessions would not be suitable for those who are experiencing back pain or are injured.
