Beginners Online Course

These classes are a great starting point for those of you who are new to Pilates. 

If you have a curiosity about how Pilates can benefit you, then this is a great starting point. 

In this course you’ll have access to 6 live classes 40-45 minutes in duration.

The classes can be streamed from any device at a time that suits YOU.

Each class is unique and will focus on building core strength, mobilizing your spine through all ranges, as well as classes focusing on strengthening legs and hips.

The beauty of Pilates is that you take what you’ve learned from it and apply it to all aspects of your life.  Each movement can be adapted to make it more challenging or less, depending on where YOU are at.

Whether its weight training at the gym, training for team sports, to having confidence in picking up your wriggly toddler, these sessions can bring about freedom and confidence in your body.

It’s an excellent way of strengthening your entire body, as well helping to reduce incidence of back pain. 

Each class is designed and led by a CORU Registered Physical Therapist, so you are in safe hands.
